Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 3 c. sugar, 6 egg yolks, 3 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream butter and sugar.
Separate eggs and drop yolks into creamed mixture. (Put whites aside.) Beat thoroughly.
Add half of flour with half of yogurt; mix, then add balance of flour, yogurt and soda.
Add pineapple and vanilla.
Beat about 3 minutes; whip egg whites and fold into batter.
Spoon into Bundt cake pan and bake about 1 hour 15 minutes at 350Β°. Cool and cover with Pineapple Glaze or your favorite icing.
