Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. shortening and 4 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix flour and salt.
Cut in shortening with pastry cutter until pea size.
Sprinkle water on dough, one tablespoon at a time.
Lightly mix with a fork.
Round into ball; cut in half for two.
Makes 1 (8 or 9-inch) double crust pie or two single shells. Bake at 475Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
