Pie Crust
Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. crisco, 2 tbsp. milk (cold) and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut Crisco, using a pastry cutter, into flour and salt until small crumbs form. Add milk; mix with a fork to form a ball.
Do not knead the pastry; it will get tough.
Put pastry on wax paper. Cover with another piece of wax paper; roll out to an 11-inch circle.
Remove 1 piece paper carefully.
Flip into a 9-inch pan. Remove other piece of wax paper.
Carefully fit into pan; flute the desired design.
Using fork, make holes in crust to release steam and prevent bubbles. Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes, or until light brown.
