Pickled Okra
Pickled Okra is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh small okra pods, 2 dried red peppers, 2 canned chili peppers, 4 cloves garlic, peeled and 1 1/4 c. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sterilize jars and lids and keep in hot water until ready to use.
Pack okra in jar.
On top place 1 red pepper, 1 green chili pepper and 2 cloves garlic.
In small pan, combine vinegar, salt and 1/2 cup water.
Bring to boil and pour over okra.
Let stand at room temperature.
Refrigerate 2 weeks before serving.
