Pickled Mango
Pickled Mango is an easy dinner. Made with 15 hayden mangoes, 2 handfuls hawaiian salt, 2 boxes brown sugar, 1/2 bottle red coloring and 1/4 tsp. 5 spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Peel and cut mangoes into strips.
Add Hawaiian salt and leave overnight.
Drain and dry in a screen until very dry.
Place in pot and cover with water.
Boil for 20 to 30 minutes.
Drain in colander.
Place in pot; add in rest of ingredients and stir using low heat until hardens.
