Pickled Eggs
Pickled Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 hard-boiled eggs, 1 tsp. whole cloves, 2 tsp. sliced ginger root, 1 tsp. peppercorns and 3 c. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Peel eggs and put in large mouth jar.
Tie cloves, ginger root and peppercorns in cheesecloth.
Combine vinegar, water and salt in saucepan.
Add spices.
Bring to a boil; cook for 10 minutes. Remove spice bag.
Chill mixture.
Pour over eggs.
Seal jars; let stand for 2 days before serving.
