Perfect Meringue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. cornstarch, enough cold water to dissolve, 1/2 c. boiling water, 3 egg whites and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine cornstarch dissolved in cold water with boiling water in saucepan. until thick and clear.
Cool completely. Beat whites just until frothy.
Add sugar and salt. When thick, add cooled cornstarch mixture and beat just until peaks form.
Cover pie filling, seal edges and bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
