Peppered Steak
Peppered Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. la choy soy sauce, 3 lb. beef stew meat, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 c. flour and 2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Rinse beef and with the flour, flour the beef thoroughly. Place in a cover with the 1/2 gallon of water. Add the chopped onion, salt and pepper.
In a preheated oven cook for 2 hours at 325Β° or until the meat is tender. Add the soy sauce and the green peppers; cook another 15 to 20 minutes.
This recipe makes its own gravy.
Serve over rice or white mashed potatoes.
