Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef, cut into thin strips, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. onion, minced, 1 clove garlic, minced and 2 large green peppers, cut into strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef slowly in oil.
Add onion, garlic, green peppers, celery and broth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer until tender.
