Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sherry, 2 cloves garlic, crushed and 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, sherry and garlic.
Cut steak into thin crosswise slices. Add to soy mixture.
Heat oil and add peppers.
Stir-fry until almost tender. Stir in beef mixture, salt and pepper.
Cook until beef is brown, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and cook until tender.
Serve over rice.
