Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 2 lb. round steak, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 2 green peppers, cut in strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt oleo; sprinkle beef with garlic powder and saute; stir until brown.
Remove meat and add onion and green peppers.
Saute 2 minutes.
Return meat to skillet along with tomatoes and beef cubes and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
Blend together cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and water.
Add to meat mixture and cook until thick.
Serve with rice or noodles.
