Pepper Jelly Turnovers
Pepper Jelly Turnovers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. margarine, cut up, 1 tbsp. ice water and 1/3 c. pepper jelly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix flour and cheese in food processor. Add butter and pulse until coarse crumbs.
Add water and process until mixture holds together.
Divide dough in half.
Roll between wax paper to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into circles (2-inch) with biscuit cutter.
Transfer to ungreased cookie sheet.
Spoon 1/4 teaspoon pepper jelly and 1/4 teaspoon ham into center of dough. Fold over and seal edges with fork.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
Good for freezer.
To reheat, bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
If dough is sticky, refrigerate on cookie sheets for 15 to 30 minutes.
