Pepper Jelly
Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 12 small green peppers, 7 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. white vinegar, 6 jalapeño or chili peppers and 1 bottle or 2 bags certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grind 12 small peppers fine and drain.
Old pillow case does fine.
Pack down to make 2 cups.
Do the same to jalapeño or chili peppers.
Mix all ingredients except Certo in kettle and boil hard for 2 minutes.
Stir in certo and bring back to hard boil.
Pour in jars and seal.
Makes 4 to 5 pints.
