Pepernota Pizza
Pepernota Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large vidalia onions, sliced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 to 3 large red sweet peppers, thinly sliced and 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil until lightly browned.
Set aside.
In another frypan saute peppers, wine vinegar, pepper and salt, if desired, until tender.
Spread pizza sauce on pizza crust, then onions, then peppers.
Bake at 400Β° about 8 to 10 minutes for prebaked pizza crust, 25 minutes for fresh pizza dough.
