Pecan Snowballs
Pecan Snowballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter flavored crisco, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 325Β°.
Beat first four ingredients until creamy. In separate bowl, add flour, oats, pecans and salt.
Add to creamy mixture and mix well.
Shape rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 15 to 18 minutes, or until bottom is golden brown.
Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Reroll in powdered sugar.
Makes about 4 dozen.
