Pecan Pralines
Pecan Pralines is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. buttermilk, 2 c. granulated white sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 c. pecan halves and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Put buttermilk, white sugar pot. Stir mixture until sugar completely dissolved.
Place pot on a low to medium burner and boil to a soft ball stage.
Stir constantly.

Once the soft ball stage is reached (by testing in water), remove the pot from the
2 cups pecan halves, vanilla and butter. Beat mixture briskly until it becomes glossy and starts to get very thick.
Quickly spoon onto greased waxed paper, making little patties.
Candy completely cool before removing from the paper.
Should the mixture harden before you've had time to get it onto paper, return to heat for a few seconds.
