Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch), 4 eggs, 1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed, 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine and 1 1/4 c. dark corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar together until blended.
Add melted butter or margarine, corn syrup, salt, vanilla and chopped pecans and mix thoroughly; pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake until filling is puffed and golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve pie slightly warm or cool and top with whipped cream.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
