Pecan Pancakes
Pecan Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pioneer biscuit and baking mix, 3 tbsp. butter, melted, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. ground pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat lightly greased griddle or waffle iron to 350Β°.
Mix milk and eggs.
Add biscuit and baking mix and blend until batter is fairly smooth.
Stir in melted butter and ground pecans.
Cook pancakes 1 to 2 minutes on each side and waffles 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 12 to 14 (5-inch) pancakes or 10 to 12 (5-inch) waffles.
