Pecan Jumbo Fudge Pie
Pecan Jumbo Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 3 eggs, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (can be melted in microwave) and 2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla, pecans and whipped cream.
Pour mixture into Oreo crust. Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Before serving, pipe sweetened cream around edge of entire pie or on each piece and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Garnish, if desired. Yield: One 9-inch pie.
