Pecan Cream Cheese Pie
Pecan Cream Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans, crumb crust and 1 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Beat the 1 cup sugar into cream cheese until mixture is smooth and creamy; add the chopped pecans.
Spread evenly in crumb crust. Bake in 325° oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven; spoon mixture of sour cream, sugar and vanilla evenly over top of pie.
Return to oven; increase temperature to 350° and bake 10 minutes longer. Garnish with pecan halves.
Chill before serving.
