Pecan Cake
Pecan Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sour cream and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine flour, brown sugar and butter; mix until crumbly Reserve 1 cup mixture for topping.
Stir sour cream, egg, nutmeg and soda into remaining crumb mixture, just until moistened. Spread into greased oblong glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and pecans. Microwave on High for 5 minutes; rotate dish.
Microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool thoroughly.
