Peas-Asparagus Casserole
Peas-Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 (5 oz.) jar processed cheese and 1 (14 oz.) can asparagus, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add milk and cook, stirring until smooth.
Add cheese and stir until blended.
Place asparagus in bottom of buttered 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup crumbs.
Add peas.
Sprinkle with more crumbs.
Add mushrooms.
Add remaining crumbs.
Pour sauce over all.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 20 minutes or until heated through. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
