Pear Salad
A retro congealed salad: lime gelatin set with pear juice and mashed pears, lifted with cream cheese and whipped cream. Cool, soft-set and gently fruity.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Heat the pear juice to boil; dissolve the gelatin in it. Cool.
Mix in cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream.
Add mashed pears and cheese to the gelatin mixture, then add the whipped cream.
Put into oiled mold.
