Peanut Butter Pound Cake
Peanut Butter Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1/4 c. oil, 2 c. plain flour, 1 c. self-rising flour and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream together peanut butter, Crisco oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add milk and flour, mixing well.
Take out 1 1/2 cups of batter and add cocoa, mixing well.
Pour other batter in a greased and floured tube pan. Pour cocoa batter on top and swirl through it several times. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
