Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell, 1/3 c. peanut butter, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 2 egg yolks and 1 box regular vanilla pudding mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together powdered sugar and peanut butter until it is like crumbs.
Sprinkle in bottom of baked pie shell, reserving a small amount for top of pie.
Cook pudding as directed, adding lightly beaten egg yolks and milk.
Cool and pour into pie shell.
Beat egg whites to peaks.
Add sugar gradually.
Cover pie with meringue and sprinkle with reserved peanut mixture.
Bake at 425Β° until lightly brown.
