Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. confectioners sugar and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add sugar and milk; fold in whipped topping.
Pour into the crust.
Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Remove from the freezer just before serving.
Garnish with peanuts and chocolate curls if desired.
