Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 c. margarine and 1 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy saucepan (2 1/2-quart).
Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling 5 minutes at medium heat, stirring to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Makes 3 pounds.
