Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk and 1/3 c. chunk-style peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In saucepan, combine sugar, syrup, salt, milk and 3/4 cup water.
Bring to boil, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Uncover and cook, without stirring, until soft ball stage (232Β°).
Remove from heat.
Cool to lukewarm and add peanut butter and vanilla.
Beat until mixture thickens and loses its gloss.
Pour into buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
