Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shortening, 2 c. peanut butter, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 c. granulated sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream shortening and peanut butter together.
Add sugars and continue to beat.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Sift flour; measure and add salt, soda and baking powder.
Sift again.
Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix thoroughly.
Shape dough into balls 1-inch in diameter.
Place balls 2 to 3 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Press flat with fork.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
