Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. soft crisco, 1/4 c. margarine (room temperature), 1/2 c. homemade peanut butter or store bought, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mixing bowl, cream Crisco, margarine and peanut butter; sugars beating until smooth. Combine dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture.
Chill. Roll into walnut-size balls.
Lightly grease a large cookie sheet and place balls 3 inches apart and flatten with a fork that has been dipped in flour, making crisscross patterns. Bake at 375Β° for about 10 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
