Peanut Butter Bread Pudding
Peanut Butter Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c. peanut butter, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine milk, sugar and peanut butter. Beat with eggbeater until smooth.
Heat on low to scalding.
Add gradually to the beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir well.
Add bread pieces and mix well.
Put into a 1 1/2-quart buttered baking dish. Set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold.
