Peanut Butter Bonbons
Peanut Butter Bonbons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, 3/4 c. margarine or butter, softened, 1 tbsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. salt and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large mixer bowl, beat peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and salt until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then confectioners sugar until smooth.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheets.
Chill until firm.
With fork or wooden pick, dip each into melted candy coating, not coating completely; let excess candy coating drip off.
Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets; let stand or chill until firm.
Store covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
These candies freeze well.
