Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shelled, raw peanuts, 3/4 c. white corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, 2 c. sugar and 1/2 inch paraffin wax, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook sugar, syrup, water and wax in a saucepan until it spins a thread.
Add peanuts; stir.
Cook until syrup is amber color, stirring constantly.
When peanuts smell parched and temperature reaches 300Β°, remove from heat.
Add vanilla and butter.
Rapidly stir in soda and salt.
Pour on greased cookie sheet.
Spread with spoon.
Cool and break into pieces.
