Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white karo syrup, 1/4 c. water, 2 c. raw peanuts and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring sugar, syrup, water and salt to a boil.
Add peanuts. Cook until peanuts stop popping or syrup turns light brown. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon soda.
Stir rapidly until mixture foams.
(Will foam over if not careful.)
Pour on greased pans and smooth out quickly.
Break into small pieces when cool.
