Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. water, 3 tsp. butter, 2 tsp. soda and 1 c. karo white syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil sugar, Karo and water until thread spins, then add raw peanuts and stir continuously after peanuts are added.
Cook until it turns a brownish gold.
Take from burner; add butter, salt and soda.
Mixture will boil up in pan quickly.
Pour onto buttered board to cool.
When cool, break into pieces.
