Peaches 'n Cream Cake
Peaches 'N Cream Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk and beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer.
Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Pour batter into dish, spreading evenly.
Place peach slices over the top of batter.
Combine cream cheese, honey and orange juice and beat well.
Spread topping over peaches to within 1 inch of the edge of the baking dish.
Mix 1 tablespoon sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over cake.
Bake in preheated 325Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
