Combine and beat 2 minutes the flour, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, milk and pudding.
Pour into a 9-inch greased pie plate.
Drain peaches; place fruit on batter.
Beat for 2 minutes the cream cheese, sugar and 2 tablespoons reserved liquid.
Spoon over fruit to within 1-inch edge of batter.
Sprinkle on top a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Filling will appear soft but will set as it chills.
