Peach Pickle Salad
Peach Pickle Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. lemon jello, 1 pkg. plain gelatin, dissolved in 2 tbsp. water, 2 c. boiling water, 1 jar peach pickle and 1 (no. 2) can sliced pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Pour the 2 cups boiling water over lemon jello.
Stir until dissolved.
Add to hot jello one package of plain gelatin, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water.
Drain peaches and pineapple. Measure juice and add enough water to make 4 cups.
Add the juice to jello.
Cut the peaches and pineapple into pieces.
Add to jello.
Add pecans.
Peel and shred the apples on large side of grater.
Add to jello.
Congeal.
Serves 16.
