Mix 1 1/4 cups flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Cut in butter (or margarine) until pieces are about the size of a pea.
Stir in 2 tablespoons sour cream.
Press mixture into a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375°. Spread peaches on baked crust.
Mix remaining flour, salt, sour cream, egg yolks and sugar together.
Pour over peaches.
Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Chill and serve with ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
