Peach Cream Pie
Peach Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes frozen peaches or equal amount fresh peaches, sliced, 1/2 pt. coffee cream or 1 small can evaporated milk, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 deep dish pastry shells, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Put 1/4 the amount in bottom of pie shell.
Put in peaches, arranging slices close together. Sprinkle remaining sugar mixture over peaches.
Pour cream over all.
Strip top with pastry.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 375° to finish baking (about 45 minutes).
