Peach Chiffon Pie
Peach Chiffon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 4 egg yolks, lightly beaten, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/3 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften gelatin in cold water.
In double boiler, combine remaining ingredients.
Cook over boiling water until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch to gelatin in water and mix until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat and cool.
Beat 4 egg whites until stiff; add 1/2 cup sugar. Fold gelatin mixture into egg whites.
Pour into baked pastry shell; chill until firm.
Top with whipped cream.
