Peach Bavarian
Peach Bavarian is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) peach gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice.
Chop peaches into small pieces; set aside.
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in reserved syrup.
Chill until slightly thickened. Stir extract into Cool Whip.
Gently fold in gelatin mixture. Fold in peaches.
Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold.
Chill overnight. Unmold.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
