Peach and Cream Cheese Pie
Peach And Cream Cheese Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 3 tbsp. softened margarine, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix the flour, margarine, baking powder, salt, pudding, egg and milk.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour into a well-greased 10-inch pie pan. Place a layer of drained peaches on top of batter.
Beat until smooth, the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice.
Pour over top of peaches, spreading within 1/2 inch of edge of pan (important).
Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
