Pasta Primavera
Pasta Primavera is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. rigatoni or pasta of your choice, 1 small onion, chopped, 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 1 medium zucchini, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced and 1 c. broccoli cuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine olive oil, onion and garlic in a large skillet.
Add all vegetables and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook on medium-high heat (stirring occasionally) until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Remove from heat.
Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
