Pasta Broccoli Toss
Pasta Broccoli Toss is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. rotini pasta, 3 c. broccoli florets, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 sweet yellow pepper chopped and 1 onion chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large sauce pan, cook rotini as directed in boiling salt water for 6 minutes.
Add broccoli, cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain. Reserve 1/4 c. of the liquid.
Return pasta to pan.
Meanwhile heat oil in saucepan; add pepper, onion and garlic, cook about 5 minutes.
Stir in reserved liquid, salt, pepper and sugar; bring to a boil. Pour mixture over pasta and broccoli mixture; add tomatoes, basil and cheese.
Toss and serve.
