Parsley Pinwheel Loaf

Prepare hot roll mix with one egg and let rise.
Beat other egg in a cup.
Stir in cheese.
Heat remaining ingredients in small saucepan until greens wilt.
Cool and blend in beaten egg mix.
Punch down dough.
Knead a few times.
Roll out to an 18 x 6 rectangle.
Spread with parsley mix.
Roll jelly fashion and place seam side down in greased 9 x 5 x 3 pan.
Let rise again until double in size (about 45 minutes).
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until bread gives a hollow sound when tapped.
