Parsley-Garlic Sauce
Parsley-Garlic Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg yokes, 1 t chopped fresh chives, 1 t chopped fresh parsley, 2 cloves garlic crushed and 1 t plus 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine first 8 ingredients in top of double boiler.
Place over hot (not boiling) water. Stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
Add butter, 1 T at a time, stirring constantly with wire whisk until butter melts.
Continue whisking until sauce is thickened.
Serve over seafood, beef or vegetables.
