Parmesan Spinach Balls
Parmesan Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 2 large onions, chopped, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. cornbread stuffing mix and 5 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook spinach as directed and drain.
Saute onions in butter until transparent.
Add stuffing mix to sauteed onions.
Mix eggs, spinach and garlic powder and add to stuffing-butter mixture.
Roll into walnut-size balls and freeze on cookie sheet.
Keep frozen in plastic bag until ready to bake.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Watch carefully; balls should be firm (not mushy).
