Parmesan Chicken Breasts
Parmesan Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs and 1 tsp. each dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Spray a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
Stir together the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and herbs and spices.
Dip chicken in margarine, then coat with the Parmesan cheese mixture.
Place in prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
Serves 6.
