Paradise Salad
Paradise Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cherry gelatin, 3 c. water, 1 c. chopped apples, 1 medium can pineapple, crushed or tidbits and 1 pkg. lemon gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 1/2 cups water; add apples.
Chill until firm.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in reserved juice; add cream cheese.
Pour over firm cherry gelatin.
Chill until firm.
Dissolve lime gelatin in remaining water.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Pour over firm lemon gelatin; chill until firm.
Servings: 15.
